PRIVACY POLICY

MORAN Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 26, 2026

1. Scope

This policy applies to the official MORAN website, the MORAN Workshop, the works community and notifications about the future physical-making service. MORAN is currently in public beta. We will update this policy to reflect the services that are actually available when commercial services launch.

2. Information We Collect

When you sign in, we may receive your email address and display name from the sign-in service. When you edit your profile, we store your display name, biography and language preference. When you create or publish work, we store its parameters, title, description, visibility, likes and reports. When you request launch updates, we store your email, country or region, preferred form and budget range. Our servers may also produce access logs needed for security and troubleshooting.

3. How We Use Information

We use this information to provide sign-in and cloud saving, display works you choose to make public, operate community features, send updates you request, prevent abuse, protect the service and meet applicable legal requirements. We do not sell your personal information.

4. What Becomes Public

Your email address, private works and unpublished creation parameters do not appear in the public works community. Only works you choose to publish, together with your display name, title, description and related work information, are visible to other visitors. Public internet content may be indexed or retained by search engines and third parties, so please review it carefully before publishing.

5. Service Providers and International Processing

We use providers for hosting, authentication, databases, email and, in the future, payments or commerce. Data may be processed outside your country or region. We provide these services only with information necessary for their role. Future payments may be handled by Stripe, Shopify or another payment provider clearly identified at checkout. MORAN will not store complete card numbers or payment passwords in its website database.

6. Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards such as access controls, encryption in transit, input limits and rate limits. No internet service is completely secure, and we cannot promise zero risk.

7. Your Rights

You can edit your profile, delete individual works or delete your MORAN account data from My Workshop. Account deletion removes your profile, works and community interactions from MORAN’s database, although information required by law, rotating security backups or content lawfully retained by third parties may not disappear immediately. You may also email us to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal from launch updates.

8. Children

The service is not primarily directed to children under 14. Minors should use it with guidance from a parent or guardian and should not submit unnecessary personal information or make purchases without appropriate consent.

9. Contact Us

For privacy and data requests, contact info@moranbeing.art. By using the website, you acknowledge that you have read this policy. If it changes materially, we will update the effective date and provide an appropriate notice.
