TERMS OF USE

Terms of Use

Effective date: July 26, 2026

1. About the Service

MORAN Workshop is MORAN’s interactive digital-making project. It currently provides brand content, digital ceramic creation, cloud saving, a public works community and notifications about future physical making. Physical porcelain production, payment and delivery marked “Coming Soon” are not yet available and do not constitute an offer or promise of sale.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You must use a sign-in identity you are entitled to use and are responsible for activity on your account. You may not impersonate others, automate bulk registrations, bypass access or rate limits, probe for vulnerabilities, disrupt the service or use the website unlawfully.

3. Digital Experience and Physical Results

Digital works may exceed the limits of real materials and craft processes. If physical making becomes available, not every digital work will necessarily be producible, and handmade results may differ from what appears on screen. Form, glaze, dimensions, price, delivery time, refunds and after-sales terms will be governed by the rules shown when an order is placed.

4. Your Works and the Licence You Grant

If you hold the necessary rights in a work, you retain ownership of your original content. To save, display, share and operate the service, you grant MORAN a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence limited to what is necessary to provide and promote MORAN services. Private works will not be displayed in the public community. When you delete a work or account, the licence ends for future use, although necessary backups, dispute records and promotional material you previously authorised may take a reasonable time to remove.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not upload or publish unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, threatening, fraudulent or malicious content; spam; private information about others; or other material clearly inappropriate for a creative community. See the Community Guidelines for details.

6. MORAN Content and Intellectual Property

The MORAN name, marks, brand copy, page designs, Workshop software and visual assets not supplied by users are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy them for impersonation, resale, competing services or training a product intended to replace MORAN’s core experience without permission.

7. Content Moderation and Service Changes

We may limit visibility, remove content or suspend features when content violates these terms, creates a security risk or is subject to a reasonable infringement notice. During public beta, features may change, be interrupted or end. We will use reasonable efforts to protect data, but we do not guarantee that the service will be permanent, error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limits of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MORAN is not liable for indirect loss caused by force majeure, third-party services, user devices, network interruption or a user’s breach of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or statutory liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

9. Contact and Disputes

For questions about these terms, infringement or the service, contact info@moranbeing.art. We will first seek to resolve disputes through good-faith communication. Governing law and jurisdiction will be clarified and updated when the formal operating entity and commercial services launch.
